Vajon a Feketetó tiszta forrás-e még, tükrében önmagunkra, saját lényegünkbe pillanthatunk, vagy egy olajfoltokkal szennyezett, vízfelület csupán? A létalapjától megfosztott, áruvá – divatcikké – váló kultúra fogyasztása vajon nem rohasztja-e el gyökereinket, életerőnk, önismeretünk eleven forrásait? Táncelőadásunk a fogyasztói társadalom hatására kialakult kulturális káoszt kívánja groteszk módon megmutatni.
Ahogy a vásár forgatagában egyaránt jelen vannak a román, magyar és cigány árusok és vásárlók, úgy a fanyar iróniában és sok humorban bővelkedő előadás táncanyaga is Erdély és a Partium táncaira (román, magyar és cigány táncokra) épül.

For the 14th time, the performance of the famous Symphony No. 9 will dominate the OPERA’s New Year celebrations. In 2027, the programme will be completed by two further classical works: Beethoven’s overture, also enhanced by Mahler, and a cello concerto by Haydn, the latter of course featuring an OPERA soloist.
Set in the Roman Empire around 74 BC, Spartacus was László Seregi's first true full-length ballet, which at one stroke became a milestone in Hungarian dance life. Since 1968, one generation after another has enjoyed the historically themed choreography, which treats the story of the ancient slave revolt in such a way that its true message is not the rebellion itself, but rather human emotions and choices under pressure.
