Vidám és varázslatos mese a kis tündérről, aki a városba látogat, mert Pán Péter messze hajózik, s őrá éppen itt van szükség. Nem győzi a munkát a három “ront-törpe” után, akik mindent tönkre tesznek. De szerencsére Csingiling találkozik három testvérrel, akik segítenek neki a bajban, miközben ők is sokat tanulnak arról, miért jó gyereknek lenni és miért érdemes jobban vigyázni a játékaikra…
