A félszeg, mégis kitartó munkahelyi flörtből idővel mozi és vacsora, végül egy szenvedélyes éjszaka lesz, ezzel pedig kezdetét veszi egy hajnalig tartó, sziporkázóan mulatságos és kíméletlenül őszinte huzavona. Ezen az éjszakán az óvatos távolságtartás találkozik a szeretetteljes rohamtempóval, a higgadt érvek a sors esztelen kergetésével, hegek a sebezhetőséggel. Nyitni, bezárni? Tele ezernyi kétséggel. Dőlni, nem dőlni? Vajon elkap-e a másik? Vagy csak újabb sebet ejt? Hol körülbástyázzák magukat, hol pedig pimaszul ledöntik egymás falait. De mire feljön a nap, a múlt súlyait a lehetőségek mérlegére pakolja Frankie és Johnny.
